➡️ Kickoff Seminar on Friday, January 25th at 6pm, virtual
➡️ Official Start Date, January 27, 2025
➡️ Official End Day, March 1, 2025
➡️ Individual Ending Meetings, March 2, 2025

➡️Two individual meetings (can be virtual or in person) with your nutrition coach. One before the challenge starts, and one after the challenge ends.
➡️Expert knowledge from our expert nutrition coaches and support from the group challenge participants.
