Aaron Maynard had no plans of joining a gym, but found something that finally works

My Story

"I was really surprised by my experience. I was working really hard, but not seeing some of the nutrition and weight loss goals I expected. As I did the things that I though were healthy choices, I wasn't losing weight. Nutrition coaching has helped my by using the plate method. It's a simple and easy tool to look at the plate. Understanding what kind of food to eat... and what kind of food makes you feel satisfied."

Meet Aaron. Aaron had not plans on joining CrossFit Indiana in 2024, but what he found was a community that was there to support him, and workouts that could meet him where he was at. Since working with a nutrition coach, Aaron has lost over 60 pounds and 4% body fat. When he started, he was seeing a chiropracter 2-3x/week, but that's. not really an issue anymore.
