Gym Updates and Community Events

Friday Night Lights are in full swing!

CrossFit Indiana Intramural Open Breakdown

  • The entire gym community has been split into three teams: Team Jenn (Grey), Team Lizz (Black), Team Matt (Red)
  • Earn your team points through team participation, individual participation and a weekly team challenge.
  • We're sponsoring local non-profit organizations during the Open: Week 1: Indiana County Community Action Program Food Bank, Week 2: Four Footed Friends, Week 3: Family Promise of Indiana County.
  • Three weeks of workouts announced live by CrossFit every Thursday @ 3 PM EST
  • Thursday night coaches throw down
  • All classes are cancelled on Fridays to encourage EVERYONE to join us for Friday Night Lights. Gym opens at 4:30, heats start at 5:00 PM
  • Enjoy our local event sponsors: Sleppy Chiropractic & Wellness Center, PA BBQ, Fresh Blendz Cafe, Levity Brewing, Kettle Corn by Matt

Progress Over Perfection: Trust the Process

You’ve already taken a huge step toward becoming the strongest, healthiest version of yourself. But as you continue your journey, it’s important to remember that progress—not perfection—is what truly matters.

It’s easy to get caught up in chasing the perfect lift, the fastest time, or the ideal diet. But fitness and wellness aren’t about being flawless; they’re about showing up, putting in the work, and making small improvements over time. Maybe today you hit a new PR, or maybe you just moved a little better than last week—that’s progress.

Our coaching approach is designed to help you focus on sustainable growth. Every rep, every workout, and every healthy choice adds up. Some days will feel amazing, others will be tough—but consistency is what leads to long-term success.

So, the next time you feel frustrated or stuck, take a step back and look at how far you’ve come. Celebrate the wins—big and small—and trust the process. You’re already making incredible progress, and we’re here to help you keep moving forward.

Keep showing up, keep working hard, and remember: progress always beats perfection. Let’s keep getting better together! 💪🔥
